Mamas and Babas

Our Mamas & Babas Group is a free, parent-led support and play group held every other Thursday from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at Castlefield Community Centre.

​

More than just a playgroup, we regularly host special workshops and events - including an Eid lunch and, most recently, a series of mental health workshops led by professionals from maternity services, community mental health teams, and Talking Therapies.

​

Sessions are free to drop in to, with no need to register in advance.
