Our Mamas & Babas Group is a free, parent-led support and play group held every other Thursday from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at Castlefield Community Centre.

More than just a playgroup, we regularly host special workshops and events — including an Eid lunch and, most recently, a series of mental health workshops led by professionals from maternity services, community mental health teams, and Talking Therapies.

Sessions are free to drop in to, with no need to register in advance.
